'If you are wearing the coats of many narratives that are not your own, but inherited, or pushed onto you, you will dance and dance trying to remove them. But, when the coats are seen as just coats, then all dancing stops, the coats fall away, and lightness and freedom stream in.

No more defending. Acting up. Or acting down. Not less than. Not more than. No hiding. No shame. You exist. You belong. And in this freedom, you will only wear one coat worthy of you. The one fashioned by your own hands.'
