Since orders have to be handcrafted, submitted orders are first checked by Leela. A confirmation email is then sent along with a payment request which will be either a Paypal link or a Leela Press invoice with bank details, depending on the payment option selected at checkout. Crafting begins once payment is gratefully received.

is calculated at checkout. UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Overseas orders are sent standard overseas delivery unless otherwise requested by email. If
you have not yet received your order
4 working days after posting if a mainland UK customer or 18 working
days if an overseas customer, please get in touch.

RETURNS

you made a mistake with your order and
crafting has not yet started,
simply get in touch to cancel or alter your order.
Since Leela Press' items are handcrafted
to order they are considered custom-made
and in accordance with Distance Selling
Regulations are not able to be cancelled
or returned unless of course there is
a fault or a mistake made by Leela with
your order. Stating that, however, if you are not happy with your order, please get in touch.
